Codella Marketing provides publicist support for miniPAH:Vegas
A new kind of community festival arrived in the Las Vegas Valley on June 6, 2008. It was the miniPAH:Vegas festival, the brainchild of Christopher Coppola. PAH stands for Project Access Hollywood and the miniPAH:Vegas was our valley's first taste of a digital media festival. Participants competed for cash prizes by using mobile phones as video cameras. Codella booked to give new media presentation at May 30, 2008 CEO-CFO Group
Many executives may find themselves asking, “What is social media and why should I care?” Pete Codella, APR will address the varying technology based communication channels available, pros and cons of social media and why every company should engage in online positioning, dialogue and branding. Codella attends Social Media Conference
March 6-7, 2008 Pete Codella, APR will participate in the Social Media for Communicators conference in Las Vegas presented by Ragan Communications and the Public Relations Society of America. The conference provides a unique opportunity to participate in a Web 2.0 summit for internal communications, public relations and marketing professionals. Codella has been tapped to represent the Las Vegas Valley Chapter of PRSA at the conference and plans to glean valuable information for use in technology-based public relations.

Codella wins 2007 Communicator of the Year
On Feb. 26, 2008 the International Association of Business Communicators Las Vegas chapter awarded Pete Codella, APR its prestigious Communicator of the Year award. It is the chapter's highest honor bestowed upon one member annually who best exemplifies professionalism and makes significant contributions to the profession and the chapter.
