Salt Lake marketing firm, Codella Marketing, helps American Heart Association Utah Division with social media strategy and implementation for Utah Heart Ball annual fundraiser

Codella Marketing owner, Pete Codella, is a member of the executive leadership committee for the 26th Annual Utah Heart Ball presented by the American Heart Association Utah Division.

Codella has volunteered to create and implement a social media strategy to help American Heart Association workers and volunteers expand the reach and fundraising capabilities of this year’s event.

Motivated by the presence of heart disease in his own family, Codella choose the American Heart Association as the recipient of Codella Marketing’s nonprofit focus for 2011.

Codella Marketing will assist the Utah Division of the American Heart Association with development of a dedicated event website and a presence on social media channels including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.

Codella hopes his involvement will support AHA’s goal of raising $125,000 from the 26th Annual Utah Heart Ball.

The Utah Heart Ball is scheduled for June 4, 2011 at the Salt Lake City Downtown Marriott. Details and tickets are available now at bit.ly/2011utheartball.
