Salt Lake City-based social media consultant Pete Codella of Codella Marketing presented Social Media: The Changing Communication Landscape at the Utah Commission on Volunteers 2011 Lt. Governor's Conference on Service.

His remarks focused on how social media has changed the way we communicate and provides new, inexpensive tools to hear from and reach constituents in ways never before possible.

Codella led participants through how to use blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter to share key messages and create engagement.
