Codella Marketing adds client Mesa Verde Associates

Codella Marketing, a Las Vegas-based marketing communications firm, has been retained by the owners of Brickwater, a new mid-rise condominium project on the South Strip.

The firm will provide public relations support for two four-story 178-unit projects, the first one named Brickwater, located at Giles Street and Mesa Verde Lane, near The Bootlegger and Las Vegas Outlet Center.

Brickwater is owned by Mesa Verde Associates, a joint venture of Houston-based Noteware Development and K&S Realty Ventures of New York. Brickwater is the first of several Las Vegas real estate projects planned by this experienced development team which also includes Tribble & Stevens General Contractors, the Clerkley Watkins Group Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design, and Howard Frazier Barker Elliott investment bankers.

Founded in 2002, Noteware Development specializes in infill projects in rapidly growing urban areas. in addition to Brickwater, the company is developing Sevilla, a complex of six three-story Mediterranean-themed condominium buildings in the Moon Valley Area of Phoenix, Ariz. This fall, Noteware plans to announce construction of The Jamestown, a 198-unit mid-rise condominium adjacent to Candlestick Park in San Francisco.

Prior to founding Noteware Development, owner Jim Noteware was chairman and chief operating officer of MAXXAM Property Company from 1993 to 2002 during which time he assumed the presidency of MCO Properties, the MAXXAM entity that owned and developed the desert master planned communities of Fountain Hills, Ariz. and the Mirada in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

Also based in Las Vegas, one11 is the advertising agency for the account and Atlanta-based Coldwell Banker the Condo Store will provide marketing and sales support for Brickwater.

The Brickwater sales center is located in The Bootlegger shopping center and scheduled to open in the next four to six weeks.

Other Codella Marketing clients include Artificial Grass of Southern California and Nevada, the George Doherty Team at Direct Equity Mortgage LLC, Northwest Resource Management Group, Naturetime Products, Paul Murad and SellingSource.com. Codella Marketing also serves as public relations counsel for CCSN through an agreement with WG Communications Group.
