Salt Lake social media consultant, Pete Codella, publishes slides on using social media for business

At the invitation of Brand Imaginations, co-founder of the Social Media Club of Salt Lake City and owner of Codella Marketing, Pete Codella, led a two-hour discussion today with a group of Utah businesspeople on how to effectively utilize social media for business.

The discussion included video and website examples of companies already engaged in the social media space, as well as interactive polling to gauge attendees' knowledge of social media participation and user statistics.

Codella also taught participants how to set-up their own online monitoring platform to collect online mentions and sentiment about their companies and brands.

Brand Imaginations, which partners with Codella Marketing on various client initiatives, presented Codella's workshop today at the Corporate Alliance Salt Lake City hub. Brand Imaginations supports client marketing goals by designing and delivering unusually creative, actionable, dimensional marketing materials.
